Itinerary:

  • Day 1: Tokyo

Arrive at any moment and welcome to Japan’s neon city that is constantly on the go. There are no plans until the evening welcome gathering, so take some time to explore. Then, following the conference, go out for a wonderful night of drinks and dancing on your first night out. Choose the best-looking location, and toast to new experiences and friends!

  • Day 2: Tokyo

An orientation stroll will help you get your bearings before you spend your free time exploring lively Tokyo. Visit Yoyogi Park, Asakusa Shrine, eccentric Harajuku, Shibuya Crossing, or browse the city’s extensive assortment of stores and cafés.

  • Day 3: Tokyo and Takayama

Take a bullet train to scenic Takayama, encircled by the Japanese Alps. On a CEO-led introduction walk, you may explore the picturesque alleyways of the old town, which are dotted with craft stores and sake breweries. Enjoy the remainder of the day exploring the neighborhood. In the evening, unwind at a traditional inn featuring tatami floors, Japanese futons, and an onset hot spring. Enjoy a soothing dip in the therapeutic waters.

  • Day 4: Tayakama and Kyoto

Take a train to Japan’s imperial capital, Kyoto, and spend the remainder of the day seeing this fascinating city. Grab a drink on our tab and unleash your inner rock star with a karaoke session.

  • Day 5: Kyoto

Kyoto is yours to explore today, and the possibilities are limitless, so grab a friend and get out there! Visit some of Kyoto’s gorgeous temples, attend a tea ceremony, or take a calligraphy session.

  • Day 6: Kyoto
